The threads are not perfect but I have tried and fitted cups on both side by hand and have had no issues

86186 and 3 which I think means
86th frame in January 86' but don't know what the 3 means -

@sideshowbob what's the gunk between seatpost and the frame? Is it sealant or just accumulated gunk?

This will be for sale later today, When I have collected it from a lbs after the BB being removed.
I will take some current photos.
There are two main issues -
I will also measure it as I cannot recall the size but it should be around 55cm or thereabouts.
£175 posted in the UK.
