Pure narcissism. Just following government guidelines for weekly exercise really. Like everyone; so I can eat and drink what I want, I’ve got to a level now that I don’t want to lose and ideally I’d improve on but I’m not so sure about that. Don’t think I’ll ever beat my 2017 season for success. I’m getting older and 18 year old semi pros are taking the KOMs.
It’s fun finding something you’re alright at and seeing how good you can be, within reason.
