Not quite all black, but close?
Edit: Since lots of places have that one I assume not close enough

Nah sorry, annoyingly silver gel inserts/tabs!
Those ones are widely available, I'm trying to find somewhere else with stock of these particular 'stealth' ones.

Sorted this - it was all about finding the Elite part number which is BP2324201500.
As I expected they only seem to be sold in Germany, bikes24 came in cheapest in the end:

it’s really quite rubbish the way the wahoo app. just forgets my whole ride if my phone battery runs flat; should i just get a Bolt? should be handy for nav. too

The Elemnt Bolt is a fine bit of kit. The screen's a bit small for navigating, but it's stable and IME generally works well.

If you want better braking would you consider running mini v's? Judging by the clearance from tyre to fork crown you wouldn't be loosing much mud clearance and the braking would be better

Total long-shot. I borrowed an inflatable kayak. It’s got Two punctures. There is no repair kit. Bike patches don’t adhere.
Does anyone in N London have a kayak repair patch/adhesive That I could use? Will obviously pay or replace.
Owner needs kayak back today. Eek!
Thanks!

Is there a thread for moaning about online retailers? Or a specific 'Tweeks Cycles have no customer service to speak of so I can't return the stuff I need to return' thread?
-
• #102385
People have been known to post non-Wiggle/CRC rants in the "Wiggle are being nobs" thread

Gorilla tape? Sticks to anything, probably even inftlatable kayaks?
-
• #102387
Cheers! (Started a tweaks-specific thread though, where I can just rant to myself until I get bored)

Fill the entire thing with Stan's Sealant fluid.

• #102390
Tenacious tape, or potentially sail repair tape might work. Might be able to find the latter at that random sailing shop near Covent Garden

Go Old School and sew on a canvas patch.

• #102392
Decathlon, if open, sell the things so they probably sell repair kits.
Just looked, my nearest is not open. -

I always assumed that was kept afloat by a wealthy niche of rope/chain/tape fetishists

I'm not wealthy.
The truth is more prosaic - ship's chandlers are a source for stage fly tower requisites, i.e. theatrical rigging.
-
• #102395
Ha, likewise! Though I wonder if theatre pros use it for stage rigging gear? Would be in a handy spot for that I suppose. (Edit - Tester beat me to it.)
-
• #102396
Makes sense. There used to be another chandler in Bloomsbury's Brunswick Centre too, back when it resembled a Judge Dredd set.
Edit: Dredd (2012) did feature a different London mall, though.

I've got some of these which have a picture of an inflatable dinghy on so assume they'll work?! I'm in angel, but the kicker is I'm going out in 30 mins, sorry I didn't see this earlier! If you're close feel free to swing by quickly, otherwise my flatmate likely in for another hour or so or I could hide some outside for you in an exciting covid treasure hunt?
Edit, apparently link not working, it's these:

• #102398
Or if you're south of Angel I could swing past yours on my way...

I ordered something from AliExpress that cost about £25 with free P&P and got stung with customs.
There were other sellers selling the same thing for c.£10 +£15P&P. If I'd bought those ones would I still have a customs charge?
Cheers.

It's pot luck whether you get charged at all, but you get charged VAT on p&p on imports, so once you're into getting charged the difference between the two is small unless either the goods are zero rated for VAT or they have a substantial excise duty rate.
Does anyone have a clever way of finding somewhere that has this all black Elite Ciussi Gel water bottle cage in stock, except for the German eBay seller linked to below who wants a bonkers £18 per cage plus £15 postage?!
