Old: Barbara Speake Stage School, East Acton. I enjoyed heading out there as it was just past the end of my old commute that I haven't travelled for 5 years. Also enjoyed @skydancer 's clues to Will; reminded me of trying to give @Skülly clues to Hinton Road.
New: I have reason to believe @oat44 may know this one. Otherwise, all I can say is that the man who lived here ignored skydancer's instructions to Will.

Not much to go on.
A clue for mortals?

Ok, he ignored skydancer's instructions for much longer than anyone else. Till 1940, in fact.

To be fair, who hasn't ignored an instruction to say a woman's name sharply at one time or another?
-

This fella ignored not only Skydancer's instructions to you but the instructions you were supposed to give to the lady.

Seems like you are talking about the great appeaser, but I can't seem to find any link between him and the house pictured.
Grr

I was thinking William Shatner. Or possibly the Duke of Marlborough.

So close and yet so far.
When this guy finally decided to change his ways, it marked his genuine acceptance of Modern Times.

Boom!
That's another fine meth..... -

Damn, I was thinking Camberwell from the style of building. Not bad. Unfortunately a 2pm meeting means I'm out :(

Nice one, while also being unhelpful to the point of actively misleading for anybody who hasn't already worked it out. That's the kind of clue I like.

Even knowing the tag I often still don’t understand half the clues. This is very much the case here.

All you need to do is get your skates on. #notamisleadingclue

Mornington Crescent has nothing on us.
If you don't get it, don't worry it is quite niche, and very Radio 4.

Old: one time home of Charlie Chaplin, fashion icon and founder of the Chelsea flower show.

New: who lives in a house like this? Someone with influence at the planning department. No sign of a piano though.

Yay! Here's Charlie Chaplin getting his skates on in Modern Times:

- Is there still a map?
- Who updates each entry? The person who firsr posted a tag or the person who finds it?
- Has anybody told Skully?
- Is there still a map?
Ugh, 32 miles
