Purely theoretical, of course.
Given the whining of the usual National suspects to loosen our movement restrictions,
(which are much less severe than those imposed in France, Spain & Italy),
should we be allowed to socialise again, this year,
where should we meet up,
to drink a drink a fond 'Farewell to The Shutdown'?
[C-19 may well be around for a lot longer].
