Just had an idea. Cut the frame in half, 2 sets of S&S couplers, extra lengths of TT and DT, and Bob's your uncle.

@Black_Rainbow_Project Just wanted to update in here for good measure. Omnium has sent you a new pair of G One Speed tires today as compensation for the wheelbuild fuck up. We've tossed the specific nipples we used, and now use loctite as spoke prep to be sure.
@BareNecessities HT 52cm, ST 60(c-t), fork 295mm a-c

Having this in mind, id say you could get the XL to work fine :) I can get those measurements for you tomorrow if its too much a hassle for Jon.
Might be tricky for me to measure anything longer than 15cm at the moment, so it's down to you!

Awesome! Much appreciated! I guess it's good that you found out straight away before they caused any more issues.
Loving the bike more every time I ride it. 😍 -

My current setup.
Hand it to a fabricator; extend the head tube, extend the seat tube, couple of extra top tubes in for good measure. job done.

I always question the stand lifting the rear wheel off the floor, I always think having it level so both wheels and stand legs touch is the most stable?
Depends on the bike. The one's to where the front wheel is off the ground are the ones to worry about.

To the original question, having both wheels touch is impossible to work with in the real world because uneven surfaces will frequently result in the stand not touching the ground at all.

Don't know where abouts you live, but this has never been an issue in the years I've been a cargo bike mechanic in Seattle.

Bro do you even Britain under Tory rule?

I've never had an issue with that in the UK either. If you park a Bullitt on uneven ground, one of the wheels ends up not touching the floor, as opposed to the stand. To be honest that can work a bit better than both wheels AND the stand touching the ground because as people have mentioned, if you're on a slope or it's particularly windy and if the stand is worn down at all (as they tend to be quite quickly), they have a tendency to want to roll off.

First non-classifieds-related post. Putting Clementina (Bike Friday Haul-a-Day) to work this past holiday after just moving here.
Rather enjoy riding in London. Haven't done any distance apart from 30~ min commute. Hills are a quite refreshing change.

Just the new front wheel, smud seatpost, and custom ti mini Jones bars to go, then it's done... Until I can afford to upgrade the rear hub. 😁
I'll also make a new bag at some point too, with rear pockets. I just didn't have time on this one.

I've never had an issue with that either, because no one designs it so both wheels touch. If ground is especially uneven, then it's parked such that the stand is on high ground.
I think we all agree
