Can I be one of lucky people?
Not sure of the toppings as I'm a bit napolitan.

Lots of non meat eaters coming so we're trying to diverge from the norm. Have now gone slightly more napolitan, with a Marinara, Margarita and Napoli now included.

No doner meat?
How 'bout Spam?

That is a pizza topping I haven't tried. Can't imagine it'd be disastrous but I'd have to try it to be sure...

That’s actually legit.

Potato on a pizza (wrong on a double carb, like lasagna and chips) or chips that cook as the topping, or is the pizza used like a pitta bread filled with cooked chips?
Wonder if a pizza base with a flour and potato mix would be like? Potato cooked by boiling, then left to cool. Then mixed in with dough...Not a straight potato mix pizza base.

Potato, onion, and tallegio as a pizza topping is legit delicious

Potato slices, blue cheese and rosemary is a good one. No tomato.

Lasagna and chips is a dream combo

@wence Not had it, is the potato pre cooked like a crispy roast potato?
@Stonehedge Not had that one either, BUT i need answers on how is the potato cooked. Any particular blue cheese, or one that becomes melted. Fresh rosemary, or rosemary leaves freshly chopped or dried rosemary
@jv and salad?
Am still stuck with the idea of chips on a pizza. Are they pre cooked?

Thinly sliced waxy. Uncooked iirc. The recipe I've previously cooked is from Nigel Slater's Real Food (but have mislaid my copy). Here's an article about potato pizza: https://smittenkitchen.com/2016/04/potato-pizza-even-better/
Flammkuchen often has potato-based toppings too.

No, not really.
-
• #2772
Yeah! Pre cooked, same with potatoes slices... as @Stonehedge said Potato slices, blue cheese and rosemary is a winner. Fry off the potato discs, any blue cheese to taste (for this one I tend to stick to UK ones such as stilton), and then fresh rosemary, defo not dried.

The key thing is to use only a little blue cheese. Not so much that it overpowers the potato and rosemary.
The Regent pub on Liverpool Rd used to do a cracking potato pizza. I'm still angry that they took it off the menu.

Chips on a pizza is mint. Back up in the North East a lot of takeaways offer one and I've always know it to be called a 'London Pizza' at all of the places I would go to. I was devastated when I moved here and discovered this is not how all London folk top their Pizza.

Home alone - a quick cupboard meal
Pizza dough ball that was frozen and defrosted this morning
Tomato sauce left over from previous pizza, was frozen and again defrosted this morning
Basil from pot on kitchen work top
So only had to buy mozarella
