Delays seem to be affecting lots of brands. My Canyon Grail Al was due last week, but instead was suddenly delayed three months. I intended to cancel, but I cannot get a similar Cannondale, Trek, Arkose, etc any quicker.

It's on my list of 'consolidation' bikes for sure.
@skinny might have something to say about it.
@velosaurus That looks great. Got any more detail shots?

No other pics at the moment. Only one other pic of it set up for the F500, which will dig out. Really impressed with it. I also have a Camino Ti and this rides just as well.
Build is R7000, Hope Pro4/DT Swiss R470 wheels GK SK43 tyres, Cowchippers.
Here it is with GK38s (file tread) and guards in Festive 500 mode.

What do you want to know?
It's a brilliant bike. -
• #6888
how‘s the workmanship? what weelsize/tires do you ride and how much does the bike weigh?
-
• #6889
You can look up the final two questions on the website they give their allowance there. But I rode with wtb byway in 47 wide 650b for my Tuscany trip. My wife's has schwable g one in 40.
The workmanship is top. As on all fairlights, I haven't been able to break one in 60,000km. -

Yeah you have probably tested the brand more than anyone else 😉 (doffs cap) & one of the reasons I got mine 😀

I need a second wheelset for my groad bike. I’ve got a Hunt wheelset for my road tires. Any cheap ideas? Needs to take plus minus 45 mm mtb tires.
-
• #6892
Define cheap? New or 2nd hand?
-
• #6893
How wide are the Hunts?
You’d be fine on a 21mm internal rim I’d have thought -
• #6894
Is it only the new ones that have 15mm thru up front?
New one standard 12mm front and rear.
Singlespeed/Alfine one QR rear and 12mm front.

I really should replace my Arkose with the Fairlight as it ticked all the box.
-

Mine was a lower end one but has been declared delayed. Does have Shimano parts, just not top end.
Is there a blanket response from Evans?
Late March I have been told. -
• #6897
What @velosaurus said... I don't know you'll get much cheaper new if you want that weight. Second hand is different.
-
• #6898
Hunt is fine for that width but don’t feel like changing the tires every weekend but might also don’t want to pay another 350 euro’s. So it’s being lazy vs 350 euro’s for a wheelset I’ll probably only use ten times. Will check out secondhand. Any good brands that are worth checking out? Should be qr discs.

I really like the Hope Pro2/Stans crest on my Camino. Arch are a good rim as well. Can usually be picked up for c.£200 from the usual places. As always with Stans rims check no cracking around the spoke holes. Alternately WTB i21 & i23 rims would be fine.
