Dammit. Can't win it anymore.
Fucking legend, skinny.

Looks like #20 didn’t go as far as Bjorn before turning back and initially following Bjorn’s reroute but now seems to be going along another track in the hills.

@skinny SPOTY in my book. Just amazing. Totally amazing.
At the same time very saddened by Stephane’s last Insta post. Hope he is OK. He has been the most entertaining rider in the TCR for the past four years since he rode fixed. I love his commentaries on this race and on others. Hope things turn out well for him.

Yes, exactly. His route choice has had him constantly wandering in the region for the past 7-8 hrs while at the same time #162 is getting a good rest for a very early start (planned at 2 AM) along the better route - and he was nearly an hour behind #20 at the border crossing...
#104 has luckily done a right turn (literally right, haha) for a route that's actually doable. #150 is right here in the town now, so we'll soon see what was his choice for the route towards Sarajevo. Edit: He's on a good track!

What's up with him? I've heard about some problems but can't find his posts.

I've woken to find my emotional attachment divided between 12, 20 and (especially, right now) 42. Where are you going?
-
• #2470
I think 42 has just found a descent and thought fuck it I'll have that one.

Bjorn looks like he's given up second by going on a strange route through the mountains again.
The is only one logical route for the last section, the one that skinny took, and that the others are taking, via lake ohrid. It's also quite pretty too and there are some fast roads, esp south towards Korce -

I think there's method in his madness ,he's gained quite a few kms on Mr Falconer
-
• #2473
It's a gravel road he's on. Not all of it but sections you can see on street view. It's not the right route but it is shorter so looks it.

Stéphane is really struggling with damage to a tyre and having difficulty finding a near-by bike shop.

Poor Stéphane--is he having to walk?
There seems to be some mountain biking around Plužine, where he is now, so perhaps there might be a bike shop with some slightly unsuitable tyres at least that might get him to Podgorica?

Chapeau @skinny phenomenal effort. You make going deep day after day look worryingly easy.
