Hippy 90kg update? Did he, didn't he?
I'm starting to see a downward trend (it usually takes 4 weeks or so of plateau before it starts to drop). 95.9kg

Keeping level around 62, some days I actually drop below 61.3ish. Calories set at 1740, protein 100 min and to be honest fat is 40% most days which is fine for me. I try not to eat it all as cheese/bacon which is harder some days :p
I tend to break my calorie rules for that day, as feeling faint and washed out is not fun. Sure a 100 grams of carbs can't hurt...go on then ;)

I'm shocking at this, no proper progress since new years. Back on the 16:8 fast I think for a bit. Got a pal who's made good progress, his graph is just a steady downward trend and it's made me realise I don't commit anywhere near enough.

I've just added a MFP friend from work. He's a fighter about 30kg lighter than me that has to make weight. I looked at his breakfast. It was like the topping on one part of mine, like he'd scraped the garnish off a meal and only eaten the garnish. #nowonderskinny

Went to Italy for the weekend. Had three ice-creams each day and loads of pastries and big dinners and wine.
Counteracted by being constantly dehydrated and walking 22km per day, I seem to have gotten away with it.
