I say chase them, they take the helmets off, carry on chasing them.
If they crash and hurt themselves, then it's on them. -

Saw three of the new police dirt bikes ride past on Tottenham Court Road earlier. Guess the fourth one got nicked already.

Damn, hope this guy pulls through, was thinking to myself last week that I haven't seen any pricks on mopeds recently....
Was reading about Colombia banning males riding two up on a bike during those crazy days when cartels were riding about just shooting everyone up.
Wonder if that would help here with these moped dicks? -

Hope the guy is ok. It's really not worth the risk of getting stabbed over a phone.
If these cunts try and take something from you, hand it over. -

If you are in London, welcome to the new adminstrative arrangement.
MOPAC has been introduced and the Metropolitan Police are no longer borough-based,
but arranged in Tri-Boroughs. Hillingdon joins Ealing & Hounslow, with a single Commander.
Ray of light? Locally, Ruislip police station remains open, as the response times from the (current) LB Hillingdon single police station of Hayes were admitted to be excessive, but staffed by volunteers Mon-Fri 10-5pm. Police officers will be attendance, Wed 5-6pm, and possibly some hours on a Saturday.
MOPAC also introduces the concept of job enrichments, whereby all Police personnel 'work up' a grade, but of course get no boost in pay for the added responsibility.
The 'Bobby on the street' role is seemingly superceded by PCSOs.
All the 'excess' police stations will be sold for development, just like happened with fire stations. -

Seems like post Tottenham riots nothing has been improved to prevent similair happening.
Youth provisions like youth clubs were slashed in the run up to the riots. Policing seems fucked and with some kids now willing to embark on pretty audacious criminal behavior I wonder how big the fallout from another Mark Duggan type event. Or maybe its always like this but im just of an age to care now. -

maybe its always like this
I have seen minor police stations close before,
https://www.getwestlondon.co.uk/news/local-news/harefields-police-station-close-following-5968034
(Harefield's was just a semi-detatched house, and was particularly useful
when the Met had a specific 'Wildlife' Officer in LB Hillingdon,
to eradicate badger baiting in this urban fringe),
but,
I've never seen purpose built 'new', (built late '80s or early '90s), police stations like Uxbridge close before,
and it is Uxbridge rather than Hayes, solely because the Uxbridge site has greater development potential, (pronounced 'unaffordable town centre flats'). -

Happened to a lady from Crystal palace a few nights again, while on the phone to the police she was told to go to her nearest police station, unfortunately most of the ones around here have since closed., and been turned into flats.
Meeting simon cowell seems to give them some fame, I wouldnt want that for scum like that even if they do become a zzzz lister
