If all goes well I'll finish at 1 so that's not much of a problem. It could be left in a box overnight but then you could just have the answer to if the workplace has rats/mice and no cake lol

The good, the bad and the ugly today.
Right - Extra dark chocolate, brown sugar, biscuits.
Middle - Dark chocolate, white sugar, biscuits, cup of icing sugar.
Left - White chocolate, white sugar, chocolate chips. -

I baked a birthday cake today. Massive fail - didn't use greaseproof paper so it's stuck in the tin. Looks like we'll be having a kind of iced-eton-mess-lemon-cake with candles on.
However it is vegan, and it did cook properly, so a bitter-sweet victory-of-sorts. -

Cut the circle cake into a square and throw away/eat on the sly the bits that stuck to the tin?
The left one has come out, hopefully I can scoff the lot before 3pm then @dancing james won't have any.

The whole buggering thing has stuck to the bottom. Have tried to take it out. Aaaaaaaand failed.
Yours easily looks like an amount of cake that would vanish in this house before 3pm. Even if I (Ahem. I mean 'we') made a start at ten-to... -

I either use a spring form tin that I'll dust with cocoa or flour or a lined loaf tin, just go to poundland get a loaf tin and then 20 paper cases that fit perfect for £1, works out cheaper and less messing about than cutting the paper from a roll.

Paper cases for loaf tins. Excellent call.

Not a good idea for bread but for cakes they work really well.

Made some biscuits today, chocolate+vanilla mashed the 2 doughs together as I rolled them to be cut so they have funky textured looks.
A chocolate cake I made for Christmas day so I could eat it and not have crap cadburys stuff pushed my way.

Baked a honey cake I've not done before and another marble cake, it tastes good but decided to rise and spill over the edge of the loaf tin I made it in.
-
• #91
Vanilla fudge for the first time, it's come out a little hard but tastes good. Also another honey cake and some brownies.
-
• #92
Brownies came out really good, changed the ratios a little and working on a crusty top.
-
• #93
Made some muffins for the first time, turned out really nice. Also made flapjacks a few days before, want to make them a bit thicker next time.
edit - bit of a better flapjack picture, I made the meatballs too lol

• #94
Putting this down as cakes as why not, made some chocolate and peanut butter fudge.
-
• #95
The other fudge has set enough I could cut it so chocolate cinnamon and walnut fudge.
-
• #96
Chocolate dutch baby with ice cream. Got myself a new cast iron pan and really happy with it.
-
• #97
Cheese+bacon dutch baby today, came out really good but need to find a cheese with less fat/grease/whatever so it doesn't melt as badly when cooked.
-
• #98
Bacon muffins today. Interesting taste and my neighbour I share with isn't mad about them as it's savoury.
-
• #99
Are you going to invite us round to taste them or are you just expecting us to look at them?

I would but you have allergies.
Already promised away to @user80483 or I would have.
Are you there all the time? No sessions from 20th-7th for me(tho I have to do some office work and a bike audit) but could easy ride by with brownies or something.
