Well then maybe just plan ahead each week – cook up big batches of things over the weekend you can split between the fridge and freezer; things like chilli, tagines, soups and whatnot.
Keep a varied amount of veggies around so you're mixing plant nutrients & fibre to go with the big thing's you've already cooked.
Have stuff for making salads available, if you don't want vegetables every day.
Buy all the tinned fish and use some eggs every now and then.
Cook with the appropriate oils in the appropriate quantities.
Just don't eat sugar, really. Proper bread and pasta is fine, too – just don't go nuts.
But really, just variation and simply making a few meaty things in advance or planning your shopping for the week does the trick.

See above, it's not for me to follow, my diet is already totally beerilliant, I just wanted to see if there was a day/week plan that someone had done based on the macros/micros. I wanted to see what they'd done to get them all included and what the calorie totals were.
Like this: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK221374/table/ttt00002/?report=objectonly

Ah ok, sorry for the lecture :p Hope it didn't come across as patronising...
Never calculated meals based on macros, just kind of guestimate when planning.

Not much :O)
I already eat healthy and I know how to lose weight, I just don't like doing it.
I used to have a shit diet but it's pretty good now - main issues now portion control, excess booze and weekends when I'm not riding I'm bored and eat when I don't need to.But I just posed this question because I read another article that had some RDA for something and I thought to myself "I've seen all these RDAs for macros and micros and I've never seen a diet plan that claimed to meet them all" which made me wonder why they even have RDAs if none of the dieticians use them for planning. So, nothing more than curiosity on my part.

Hah, yeah, sounds all too familiar...
Quite interested in this as well so will have a poke around.

See I wouldn't eat that example. Low in protein and veg...the food pyramid emphasises margarine, wheat etc...
But your question is a great one I think! Would be nice to see it written out.
I have problems hitting potassium most days, fiber is ok. Still not dead though 😛

Same. Taking breakfast as an example:
1/4 cup orange juice (FG)
1 cup fortified wheat cereal with raisins (BCG)
1 slice mixed grain toast (BCG)
1 tsp margarine (FSG)
1 tbsp jelly (FSG)
1 cup skim milk (DG)I don't drink juice.
I only have cereal in winter when hot porridge is appealing.
We don't have a toaster at work and I rarely eat toast at home.
I don't eat margarine
Dafuq is jelly?
I use green cap milk in instant coffee and lattes. My 'normal' breakfast is one of the egg pots from Tossed or a salmon and cream cheese bagel, a milky coffee of some sort. Sometimes if I'm hungry from training I'll add a yoghurt or another milky drink like iced coffee or one of those ForGoodnessShakes Recovery drinks.
I've read the RDAs so many times and still have no idea what they are or what I would eat to meet the targets. I assume my own cravings will sort most of that out - the body has a great way of maintaining homeostasis, which I think, is the main ingredient in homeopathy cures...

I had one of those on a car trip months ago. I can't remember if it was nice or not.
Are you a vegetarian?
