I'd get 50 cars go past with no issue and then one would flash me. It was weird.
I wanted my light higher but I was trying to be a nice citizen. Maybe I should ignore them, they're usually shit at dipping their lights anyway.

Get your own LED worklights so you can flash back.

I was tempted to wire up a remote switch for the helmet light. So when drivers didn't dip their lights I could bang the 800 lumens in their face.

Do you have a shot of the whole bicycle?

yeah

Glad they are appreciated.
I am off on my own ride tomorrow and so may not have the time to post updates so regularly. A pity just as the race enters its most interesting phase. If anyone would assume the mantle it would be greatly appreciated.

This. @Monster1985
Also interesting to see that even though the bike/components are totally thought through and top end, no one can do without duct tape!

love the lack of seat & handle packs, must be way more comfortable to just have the triangle pack - located directly beneath you

as you wish

How many times did you ride 34x32 skinny?
-
• #3243
seemingly not having started yet
Seemingly was the right word, looks like she might have had to change batteries in Vidin as she's currently 15km behind Hector but on a more Easterly road, probably headed for Sofia.

What do you mean?
How much did I use that gear? If so, then anything over 6% and I was in it. So a lot of climbs.
-
• #3245
There is something nicely unassuming about that bike.
-
• #3246
Sorry, just meant how steep did it have to get before you used that gear.
-
• #3247
Any idea of the total weight of the bike skinny?
-
• #3248
Yeah over 7% ish.
-
• #3249
Nah not something I care about. It's got everything I need and nothing more. What it weighs as a result is well just what it weighs.
Bikes pretty light for a steel bike though.

guess you might even say it's fair(ly) light
I'll git ma coat
I can move it, it's not super tight. That's a bit higher than I'd have it. Didn't boehr to adjust it.
