I want to get a dog but I have to work, how does everyone on broadway market do it ?

Dog brought me another dead possum yesterday. He's a one dog possum apocalypse. Poor wee buggers, it's always the little ones too.

just got home and the girl was so excited to see me that she kept leaping at me, until she head butted my cheek and my face started bleeding

Vizsla's are lovely! I've got a black, 5 month old Vizsla cross Weimaraner called Arto, he's absolutely batshit crazy!

Ours are lunatics, but so affectionate.

he's still very affectionate, he would follow us around everywhere for the first month we had him, now he's getting a bit more independent. He loves running off into the cow field next to our place and eating all the cow shit, then running back into the house and trying to cuddle up to you with horrendous cow shit breath, but i still love him!

They are known as Velcro dogs because they stick to their owners. My girl has been glued to me all morning, sitting on my feet or lap while I was at my desk, stalking my every move. You never shit alone if you have a viszla.

Hi, I only just saw this comment, sorry! Yep, we took a gamble as he was only 4 months old and we were keen on an Ibizan/Pharaoh Hound (or Lurcher). You're always taking a gamble with a young dog really... a 'psycho' dog is often just a dog with a behavioural issue, if you have the patience of a saint you can train most issues out.

Since having him we've had to get through: peeing indoors (at times), stalking/barking at joggers, pulling on the lead, becoming more relaxed around kids, shoe destruction, barking when impatient, nibbling (now he has his teeth), trying to extend walks, his ability to be left alone, etc. This is a pretty light list if taking on a puppy really... he's been excellent with other dogs from the get-go, took to re-call fairly easily (thankfully) and is equally great at energetic walks and long naps, which has been ideal.

Any recommendations for a good waterproof (dog) walking jacket? Looking at the proper Goretex Berghaus ranges and Patagonia Torrentshell...

They look a fantastic double act, very handsome pointer.

Was called Clooney for just that reason. Parents got him when another family couldn't keep him. They didn't show him but in his day he was quite the ladies man (why do kennels have such odd names)
