Punishment pass from a bus this morning on blackfriars bridge. When he stopped at the bus stop and I called him out on it, the driver clearly felt he was justified in doing it because I happened not to be using the cycle lane at the time. Reported but doubt anything will happen...

I am really pleased I have the cycliq cameras front and rear. Have reported sonmeone two days ago and waiting for plod to contact me for the footage. Driver was up my arse and then clearly does a punishment pass when the road went to two lanes and his lane was empty.

Got repeatedly sprayed with washer fluid by some guy today. All on camera. Guess it's not worth reporting?

Are they still making those cameras?

Watched a guy not notice lights changing to green several times because he was sat on his moped with his phone in his lap today. Couple of motorbike coppers came up next to me, pointed him out to them. They rode next to him for a while and at the next lights pointed to the phone in his lap and said "you can't do that. Put it away" then they all rode off gleefully into the shining sunlight.

Why? It could've just been someone with fucked wiper jets trying desperately to get some fluid on their windscreen. Unless they were actually squeezing a bottle of fluid on you... kinky.

I've seen people in motors doing it to other people on bikes, and it's happened to me before...and it's a shitty thing to do at best. At worst it's assaulting someone with stagnant and bacteria ridden gloop.

No, I know that some people think it's really funny to hit the sprayers when they overtake riders because the water goes fucking everywhere at speeds > 15mph.

Hippy came past me once and sprayed me with a pungent, horrible liquid. Still not sure how he managed it with both his hands on the bars.

I wouldn't be surprised if plod could get a better conviction for squirting window washers than for a driver squiching someone into the curb.

There's no rule that stops people driving through a pothole/puddle. There's certainly a line on the road that I'd prefer they didn't cross should I be heading the other way - sod anyone at a bus stop.

I've copped washer spray once or twice before in my life, I've never considered it intentional. I use my washers all the time because I hate dirty windscreens. I don't tend to use them when passing cyclists because I'm being very careful and normally on the other side of the road anyway but not everyone is as considerate as I am when it comes to riders.
