There seems to be a particularly strong trend in articles about Trump for journalists to wryly place phrases like that alongside each other. There's probably a fancy word to describe the technique. It's an open goal, so why not.

This was posted on Twitter with the following caption

Looks like he's about to commit a terrorist act by driving a lorry through a large crowd. There's a metaphor in there somewhere.

There's something wrong about that picture. His head, his hands... Just look out of proportion, a bit cartoonish. Can't quite pin it down. (this isn't a small hands joke, it genuinely looks wrong to me)

Hands are too big to be trumps. Head looks odd. Bannon wearing trump mask? Mission Impossible style.

Holy christ, that Time interview is a fucking car crash.

Not exactly a killer hardball interview, but at least the interviewer presses him on specific lies that Trump has told. Trumps answers are insane. He pretty much just repeats that he predicted Brexit and that there is a press conference currently going on that clears up everything.
