First thing I tried, didn't work - got new cranks, problem sorted.

It's built, I briefly wrote it to the other half's new house, trying to drag the brakes to bed the pads on but thats it so far. I'm away for the next two weekends then it's birthday party time so I won't have a chance to ride it properly for a while yet :(

P.s. I'm enjoying the name variations.

I didn't understand about sleeping with your brakes. But I am not native.

I'll need to find a 24h straight pull hub to re-lace the front hub with, would like to have 650b wheels too at some point, but no rush for either.

redid levers, still not happy with position.

Looks super dope tho. Tilt bars down a smidge and move levers up a tad.
