I saw hippy in the start pen, then afterwards just as he finished his warm down. Brutal TT, unsurprisingly I managed to up my FTP by about 15 watts.

I saw a rider with TTM off in the distance, presumed that was you. I was busy wondering what everything was. Had a few power spikes that reminded me that I had lungs which was good I guess.

I should be doing that as long as I get home from work at a decent time so I can set the turbo up (not much room in my garage for a dedicated turbo set up) and have a warm up.
