@dancing james Do you have a preference between your WSM and the GMG? Do you prefer the flavour you get from one over the other (or is that very much dependant on the wood being used)? Is one of them your 'go to' and the other a backup or is it very situational.
I've got a Webber kettle that I've setup for two zone cooking but I want to dedicate that for grilling and get a dedicated device for smoking. So interested in hearing real world comparison from someone with a pellet smoker and a charcoal/wood smoker.
