Could be @conservative_values (not seen on here since 2013).

Given the age of the picture it could be. The one I see has risers, silver Phil hubs and little dent in the left seat stay, guy who rides it is probably 6 foot-ish, bearded, thin, hi-viz and black Catlike helmet. Stalky description is stalky etc.

I can't really see him putting risers on it or wearing hi-viz, but people change. :) (Or perhaps he's sold it.)
