Nice article. I've had a 31 year old bottle of Lindeman's kriek in Kulminator in Antwerp. I don't think they had anything that was older than the 80's.

Went to brew my first own made English IPA @ the Brew Club in Clapton few weeks ago.
Strongly recommended if you're into brewing your own

Lost me with the Bodingtons sign and the Hardy's Old stuff.. I had a old bottle of that and it was bloody horrible.

@hippy have you managed to leave your bottles WV XII untouched? those will be better when old

top beer-aging tip: cheap run-of-the-mill Kasteel Tripel will be great after 5 years of solitary confinement.

The Kernel's London Raspberry Sour has started selling in bottle shops. I was lucky enough to try this from the fermenter a while back and it was stunning.

Just opened my London raspberry sour bottle and it gushed all over the place which is a bit unusual for the kernel, be near a sink.

This is well worth a try.

We Brought Beer had a rose wheat beer on tap the other day. Very interesting.

2/3 of Blackjack's Jasmine Tea Saison earlier in Font (Oxford Rd.). A pleasant lunchtime refreshment.

I had a great time drinking in New Zealand. Garage Project in Wellington was probably the Highlight, VPA my favorite of theirs, though the two tap flat white was interesting. Country wide, I think I liked Behomoth's 6foot5 the best.
