Not a very large rise though, considering it was a holiday. I hope you treated yourself.

I think it's getting about time to change your username to I_am_Hingi, if each letter is worth about 20kg.

That's good going, Easter ruined me. And I didn't even get any eggs!!!
Still waiting for my fitbit scales to arrive.

• #10656
Belgium ruined me, drinking strong sugar ladened beers with a ton of meat and frites everyday for a week does not equal weight loss
-
• #10657
That's not a big holiday gain at all, well done!
-
• #10658
8kg since 1st of March! :D
-
• #10659
What's your secret? That's some good loss for such a short time.
-
• #10660
Not drinking for 3-4 days a week.
As well as losing the beer calories I also cut out drunk pizza calories as well.

Perhaps you are building muscle instead?
-
• #10665
Dont give yourself a hard time. It's natural to hit little plateaus.

• #10666
Not bad

Just discovered a 3kg bag of brewing grains makes a great unstable weight to train with

18-Apr 98.8Think I must have had a lot of water retention from drinking alcohol and eating salty biltong because I doubt I lost 4kg in a week. Pity I hadn't been tracking my % water. Got back to running this week and really varied it; hills one day, flat roads and a very muddy trail run in Dulwich woods yesterday.
Now onwards to 92kg and just being overweight rather than obese!

amazing

well done mate. my trend continues upwards as the pity party of missing london marathon has continued to revolve around ice cream and chocolate whilst not exercising at all thanks to this persistent dodgy cough/chest.
after a few false starts today is my first day back on the maffetone 2 week test and hopefully despite only getting 4 hours sleep I should be able to hit the gym at lunch and get at least an hours basketball scrimmage in this evening.

Hingis- amazing work! You're powering through so steadily it's inspiring!
Hatberd- never beat yourself up, a gain is only temporary, and from time to time is inevitable. -
• #10672
this gain has been happening since i ran london this time last year with a chest infection and basically havent ran properly since for the last year.

Think if you could give yourself time to recover completely without the pressure of training for an event it would help. I find because I can run/cycle without the pressure of going faster I can do it on minimal fuel, but that is just some science I made up in my head.

Been on Huel for past two months - started on one 3 x scoop of Huel in 500ml water for breakfast, just with teaspoon of cinnamon added. Past two weeks I've been on 2 x 3 scoop Huel breakfast and lunch. Have come down from 14st 9ibs to 13st 12, with little to no exercise, just eating normal meal at night, cutting out the crap - crisps, chocolate, biscuits etc.
Feel loads better and more energy, sleeping better - skin has broken out in spots but apparently that is quite common when starting on higher protein diets. Totally recommend it

cutting out the crap - crisps, chocolate, biscuits etc.
Isn't this the key sentence here?
Has anyone else here tried the ketone diet? And if so have they experienced Keto-breath and solved it?
