Just had a look at the power file.

I rode a 21:33 with a full 1m10s producing 0 watts, another 5 seconds to get up to full power and then I quit when I went past last year's 20:53 PB marker.

Ah that's crap and completely ruins my very small victory - well call it a no score draw for this one....!
