Laugh it up. Next race I won't be sat by the roadside for a minute putting a chain back on.
Anyone got an old Shimano braze on front derailler that I can butcher for a chain catcher?

Just had a look at the power file.
I rode a 21:33 with a full 1m10s producing 0 watts, another 5 seconds to get up to full power and then I quit when I went past last year's 20:53 PB marker.
