So, first try at Architectural photography last night........ why did I pick this subject, I'm shite at it!

Yeah, it's hard. Best to just experiment as much as possible and see what you have on Sunday.

Part of the reason I like this thread (or the idea of it) is that constructive feedback is encouraged - so (in theory) nobody gets too worried about posting up a shot that isn't absolutely perfect.

Well I just went out for an hour at lunch with the camera and hopefully got some more interesting shots. I think good light is going to be a big factor in making an interesting photo.

Forruns allowed? - Alas I only have a POS camera. My smarthphone will probably shoot better pics. Let's see what that old shit can do.

Absolutely. B/W pictures can be okay on a grey day but gimme some sunlight any day of the week.

They got pretty retouchy on old photos... just check any of the Magnum groups test print mark ups....

Would it be worth creating an image for these? And include weekly theme. ie overlay the type on an image (previous winner) so they would work as visual bookends when scrolling the thread?
Can supply templated file if its deemed needed.

Ok, i'm in. Saw a mint shot today but didn't bother taking it as I dont usually care for digital, maybe this will make me...
