good game for us, squad another run out, confidence was raised, and we won handily.
@Prole., Son showed his quality with the goal, and looked lively throughout.
Carroll's still lightweight, think he'd be better served as a more attacking option, but Dennis Wise comes to mind as a little 'un who was willing to mix it in the middle of the pitch, so wonder if Carroll will ever add that to his game, or if it's just not in him. Would love to see him progress, but not sure if he still keeps getting knocked off the ball, and can't make a tackle when required.
Bentaleb got a start but didn't do enough to oust Dembele and Dier from first choice.
Dier and Wimmer looked solid but we missed Toby's diagonal passes, to get the attack started.
Good to see Chadli get a goal as well, we'll need our attacking midfielders to get in the goal groove and supplement Kane over the 2nd half of the season..

Wimmer was pinging out the diagonals from the back in the draw at WHL. I was impressed with him both times I've seen him.
