En route to Buxton and the tap house has just tweeted their tap list. They've got Tsar, Rainshadow, Living End and the Stronge Extra Stout on. Must have known I was coming.

I'm in! Starting off with a Tsar. Simon has a Red Point IPA which @Cupcakes you were right about it is great.

Beer of the year for me, at least for the red and hoppy category. Enjoy!

Buxton would have to be my brewery of the year. Red Point, Double Axe and Two Ton rank in the top 10, if not top 5 beers I've had this year.

Buxton are my brewery of the year too. Yellow belly, berry saki bastard, axe edge, double axe, trolltunga, far skyline... The list is endless. Love every beer of theirs.

@Kat_Balou @andy_k @OneLessCardigan if (as) you like the Living End, I'm reminded of Emelisse Imperial Russian Stout - that big chewy dark taste, worth picking up if you see it about.

Have agreed with Simon that for Tryanuary I will drink sub 6% beers and no imperial stouts. I'm going to die.

I've got a double axe waiting in the fridge for when I'm back home after my holidays. Excited, not had it before. I've really enjoyed Wyoming sheep ranch too, as well as yellow belly.
