If i'm up for an earlier start I could meet in Richmond Park - assuming you're still in Kew. Or i could sleep off the food and meet you when you get to the M25.
Obviously I'm not doing the F500.

Well the earlier we start the more of a ride i'll get but I'm not fussed. I'm not training and seeing you would be reward enough for setting out!! Could i turn up at 8:30 for coffee? That should allow for a short but worthwhile ride

It was a pleasure to catch up with you, figuratively, as you dropped me on every ascent!

Planning on doing an offroad ride in the Surrey Hills tomorrow. Plan is to meet at Dorking train station around 10am, ride to Holmbury Hill, few trails there, on to Pitch Hill and ride a few, then either catch the train from Gomshall or head back to Dorking on a mostly offroad route.

Thinking of goping to Swinley Forest tomorrow with the express purpose of sessioning the labyrinth runs. Looks like a good day for it.

I'll be bypassing the initial blue section and heading straight to the labyrinth where they have short but sweet and very fun mini-downhill runs. They're not as steep or as technical as the steeps of Pitch Hill but are very sessionable and good practice runs especially for anyone thinking of coming to the Rogate downhill day.

Planning to ride to Cambridge tomorrow from East London, heading out about 9-10. Has anyone been out that way recently and have a flood update?

Any zig zagging over Hunsdon - Much Hadham - Braughing line very recommended. Somewhere there was an epic flood a few years ago as reported by @Fox and @BringMeMyFix which was still substantial a week later when I was there.

Anyone fancy doing the old forum/BHF route to Southend fixed at a sedate pace on friday? Train home. Think it's about 65-70m. I hope to be back about 5 or 6.

It looks good tomorrow afternoon, so I'm going to leave Regents Park at 13:00 for a 45mile loop of some nice Essex lanes. Back in time for Giro finish at Hex- I'd hope/ expect.
