Big shout out to the lady in the Range Rover who told me to 'fuck off out the road' and sped past me when I tried to stop her to tell her she'd left her boot open.

I gave her a little wave as she was picking up all her shopping and smashed wine bottles off the roundabout but she didn't wave back....

Ha.

Hahahaha!

Similar happened to me the other day when I tapped on some silly bints window to tell her she didn't have her lights on!

Riding with @OneLessCardigan today

Had a puncture that the sealant in my tubeless set up failed to seal

Failed to get the hose out from my lezyne pump as it had seized in place

I had failed to realise that my spare inner tube did not have a long enough valve for my carbon wheels

Borrowed a spare tube from @OneLessCardigan but the valve core unscrewed and I failed to get it back in securely and Simon's pump kept unscrewing it.

Flagged down other cyclists to try their pump. Due to my failure to tighten the valve core back up enough their pump could not work either.

Finally tried another spare tube whose valve core did not just fall out from Simon and got the wheel pumped up.

Put wheel back on bike but dropped chain from the front. Put chain back on with gloved hands and proceeded to smear chain gunk on saddle frame and bars.

Valve core and lezyne pump fail?

Though it turns out the brand new tube whose valve core unscrewed was also punctured straight out of the box! I only found this out when I got home and properly screwed the core back in.

It was a succession of utter fail.

@hippy should know conti will fail at any opportunity, and this was what happened.
