Hooray. Mapmyfitness finally syncs with Google Fit.

I am on a 60 day streak on my fitness pal and have managed to lose no weight whatsoever.
It is possible that as well as logging calories I'm going to have to stop doing things like eating biscuit spread for breakfast (though I did just do that and highly recommend it for brightening a hungover morning, if not as a good weight loss strategy).

Sounds like win win to me.

I am terribly hungover and about to raid the biscuit spread supply. It is the only way.

No biscuits in the house so just Vitamin I and a swim for my hangover breakfast.
Slightly behind on my weight loss schedule, but still trending in the right direction. Should catch up in the next couple of weeks as the running mileage increases (weeks of 50km, 30km and 45km).
Was 91kg at the end of August, 85.5kg now, just another 10kg to go.

No hangover (since 2010, actually), 80.4kg this morning.

111kg today and I think I've stopped caring.

After a a bit of a scary peak. Im going down again. Most of it down to replacing evening breakfast cereal with a diet protein bar. Im also training less. Which makes for easier calorie control.

Bigger running week that most this week and my work trousers are slipping off me. Hungry all the time though. Should hopefully build up a good buffer by Christmas.

I hate to say it, but gym work istheanswer....
It gets less tedious with time.
You can also do body weight work...neila rey has some great simple circuits to follow. -

Any reccos for scales that do body fat and muscle mass too? I know they're not gonna be very accurate for these measures, but as log as they're consistently inaccurate I don't care too much

Tanita

• #10018
Any particular ones? There's lots on Amazon, these are the fancy ones, seem a lot of ££££ though

And WTF is 'Athlete mode'?!
-
• #10020
Athletes are heavier because more muscle so it changes calcs to compensate. It's all estimates but Tanita is generally regarded as the best.
-
• #10021
OK, ta. I'll probably have to use 'normal person' mode in that case...

Lost about 3kg last thurs/fri on the tepid leftover rice diet.
I'm not sure I can recommend it. -
• #10023
I'm trying to work out how to log meals from work. We get free food, but there's no scales nor calorie counts. Just eye ball it ?
-
• #10024
(when I say free, we're taxed on it and you cannot opt out, so I might as well eat it)
-
• #10025
Burn it, measure the energy output, then feel smug at knowing the number of calories you haven't just eaten
^Obviously increased muscle mass.
