  • do you have any better pics?

  • It's all in current project I think, gotten spilled into a couple of pages due to antisemitic decal.

  • Actually reading threads? Ain't nobody got time for that...

  • I painted an SS logo on the seatpost, which I thought was good for LOLs... but had to change it due to public outcry/political correctness/death threats from keyboard warriors.

  • You should have painted some white stars on there; the colour is more Willys MB than Wehrmacht.

Lies... you were told what it meant, then got embarrassed or something.

    I was disappoint.

  • but had to change it due to public outcry/political correctness/death threats from keyboard warriors.

It originally said "Beat Jews, Save Russia", to be quite frank, not something you'd want written on your frame, unless you agree with it.

  • Zipp really needs a premium line

  • Got a Ritchey logic myself and after my old viner its the comfiest bike i have had. Maybe the pacenti sl23 with 25 mm tyres help but you could defo get a 28 through the forks but not on a hed belgium plus or similar.

  • Do you even Anarchy bro?

  • GCN have already done a test

so as long as your route has zero traffic lights or hills, these are the best wheels ever

  • Repost my question from Aero Parts

Are nowadays aero wheels only made in carbon? Any new options in aluminium?

It cost me some time to find my HSonPlus
    SL42
and seems like they are the
deepest aluminium rims available, I hope I'm wrong! because I really don't
like carbon components on my bikes.

  • They're deep but hardly aero compared to the carbon model.

If you don't want carbon, go for the carbon/alu one like the Zipp 60.

DA C35 vs RS831 C35 Vs Zonda (30 / 26mm)? Price difference obviously. What's the actual weight of the DA C35's? Everywhere seems to have different numbers.

  • I need a pair of nice in the budget (~£150) wheels for my commuter (Condor fratello). Was thinking to go with Fulcrum 7 LG but than I found these http://www.merlincycles.com/pro-build-chosen-hub-alex-cx28-road-cx-wheel-700c-81726.html

What do you think (i like the idea of the tubeless ready option)?

  • Are you not talking about a full carbon rims with carbon braking surface?

  • I'm looking for zero carbon rims/wheels with good aerodynamics, like those suggested by @ChrisMGS (thanks!) or with even deeper sections. Not carbon allergic, just love metal
    much more.

  • I'm looking for zero carbon rims/wheels with good aerodynamics

It's quite likely that there's not a more aerodynamically efficient metal wheel than the Zipp 101. There are still a few new ones about. I imagine that Zipp discontinued them because they were expensive and hardly anybody has your visceral attachment to metal rims.

  • Flo30? I've seen 60mm aluminum rims on eBay, but i'm pretty sure you dont want those.

  • I've seen 60mm aluminum rims on eBay

There are 70mm ones all over alibaba, and you can get them in drillium too!

Must be at least as aero as dimpled Zipps :-)

  • Can I fit 8 speed cassette on DT Swiss R24 Spline?

  • As long it's Shimano, yes.

(if it's an 11 speed hubs, need a spacer that should come with it).

  • yes Shimano. it's just on website says "Shimano/SRAM 9/10/11-speed"

good price on bike24, 175 euro

  • Yeah you'll be fine.
