Out of saddle acceleration is where I usually feel a bit of flex from the wheels.
It's noticeably more than the Fulcrum 7 CX it replace, but not off putting.

I don't have a meter but mine feel quite low tension. And yeah some flex on the front wheel.
I don't think you can judge rim stiffness unless you get it on it's own, and build with it. Rim stiffness ≠ wheel stiffness innit.

He accepted an offer of £45 so I'm getting some 55mm carbon clinchers from light bicycle drilled for them.

Great for tumblr points.
Otherwise Swisside Hadron is better. -

As long as you only want a front wheel.

shit, good point it is irritating when a seller lists something as one thing and then the options are for a variety of products...

Been riding the Hed Belgium+ CK R45 wheels for a week now. Gotta say they are awesome. Clearance with 25's is fine on the Ritchey. Would deffo go for the Belgium+ over the standard Belgium if they'll fit your frame.

:-o
When did you get that thing?!

Couple of weeks back. Replaced the BMC with it. I'm done with carbon race bikes. F&F was a D+ VAT special order deal.

how does it ride compared to rest of your bikes (and BMC)?
-
• #5673
Tough to compare to the Talbot. It's nice and supple like the talbot, but not as snappy. It's much comfier than my BMC, but obviously heavier, and not as stiff.... not that i really care about weight on this, and one of the main reasons i'd had enough of the BMC was the overly harsh and stiff ride. it still has racey geometry though, which i like.

I liked that BMC.

It's pretty rad dude. Jealous and I'm not often jealous of metal bikes.
Good colour too. A+ all round.
What makes you say that? They're huge and a good shape for stiffness.
If anything the spokes could be heavier (but probably just higher tensioned).
