Seems their service is greatly improving. Ordered grips yesterday at 2pm and arrived this morning, without having to call them.

Ordered some chainring bolts from hubjub yesterday afternoon, good price and didn't call them or pay extra for quick shipping or anything. Just arrived - under 24 hours from ordering - meaning I can get my bike up and running in time to cycle to the football tonight instead of getting the train. thanks hubjub!

my last order abt a month or so ago was succesful. one ordered item was out of stock, got an emailing asking if I wanted to wait for something like 8weeks for the order to be shipped altogether. I politely refused and asked for the rest of the order to be shipped.
this happened in rather quickly and items received in Finland in a week or so if I remember correctly.
Email correspondance is still the weakest link, i'd phone but it's expensive.

I recently ordered some sprockets and shims: I screwed-up my order, quick phone call, all sorted, no fuss.
Really pleased he's getting on top of things.

Continued excellence from HubJub. Emailed them a few days ago asking if they had any of the 3/32 EAI sprockets left that they were selling last year. Got a reply saying they were all gone, but asking what sizes I was interested in. This morning I get a 22t sprocket in the post, completely free of charge. How nice is that!?

This reminds me HubJub were super nice to me as well recently. There was a bit of a delay on something I'd bought - it was last December so might have been post related - and I emailed to ask what was going on. When it arrived a few days later, they'd left a nice note and included a free, very nice Crane bell worth more than the spanner that I'd bought. Cheers HubJub!

I've had mixed experiences with Hubjub. My first couple of transactions were fine, however I've been waiting on parts ordered in July 2014, and Drew has gone totally radio silent on me.
Basically I ordered a few Phil parts (QR axle ends for track hubs, bearings, etc), Drew gave me a very good price. So good in fact that I queried it but he confirmed it was indeed correct. So I placed the order. I have chased this up monthly since then, however as I said before all I get is deafening silence. I've given them the benefit of the doubt for long enough given prior experience, but this is starting to get frustrating. -

I wanted a set of Suzue pro Max's but the fronts were out of stock. I ordered the rear anyway with some other rims and things from HubJub.
Delivery this morning and the front hub was included in the package at the cheapest price I've found anywhere (haven't actually paid for it yet). Excellent service from Drew.

@Drew_Hubjub
So, been buying parts to finish off the Makino I bought from @Sumo. Hubjub has a nice sale going and got a few recommendations to use them. Got some stem and risers from hubjub. Ordered Tuesday night. No email confirmation. Wednesday come, I emailed them about the stuff I bought the previous night with no reply, still no confirmation of order received then suddenly, this happened. Got free grips!I paid for a next day delivery, which got honoured, Even though there wasnt any email confirmation of the transaction I paid for.
Totally recommend hubjub now! Wont hesitate to use them again in the future!

Talked to them yesterday on the phone. They have been under a massive pressure since going on sale. Drew from Hub Jub explained to me that they had a lot of unanswered emails still and was working on replying them.
In my case they didn't have anymore og the H plus Son rims I ordered (anlong with a set of Kinlin ADHN). They told me this via email and asked if I wanted the rest of my order at a 30 percent discount. Yet they charged the full amount inc money for the H plus Son they didn't have stock. After a couple of angry emails I called them up to ask what is up. Drew apologised, transfered back the money they extra-charged me.
It was all quite annoying, but in the end they corrected their mistake and was polite and nice about it all. They are a small company and struggling to be pro. On the other hand it is a nice and personal web shop where you can call them up and to talk to the owners in person. I would not hesitate to shop there again.

I understand all that I'll be happy to edit my post above as well - as soon as they pick up the phone or answer any of my three emails in the past 3 days. Judgement reserved tho.

Had a little problem recently with part of my order going missing in the post. I won't go into detail but after speaking with Drew on the phone a couple of times he offered up a solution that was far beyond anything I was expecting. If you're not getting replies to emails if suggest ringing them

Ive had issues recently as well. Ordered something over a month ago that was in stock on the website but the confirmation email said it was out of stock. Ive emailed them with no reply. Happy to wait as I know theyre very good at resolving issues like this

They will come through, charming you to death while doing so.. ;-)

Recently had problems with some rims that were marked as in stock, paidextra for fast delivery and weeks went by before they finally turned up. Rang them twice during and got some other guy who didn't seem to know much.
The ruins turned up so late I now don't need those wheels again until next year so just sat in the box, not that it's their problem that's happened, but just a warning they aren't really on the ball!

A month or so ago I ordered a Nitto rack from them, in stock on the website and all that jazz. Apparently it was going to posted out double quick. A week later and it hadn't shown up so I gave them a ring and they were a bit like "oh, you placed an order?" After about 15 minutes of fumbling around not knowing where anything was the guy finally stumbled upon the item and tole me that it would "hopefully be in the post by the end of the week". Explaining that "hopefully" didn't fill me with a great deal of confidence I receive an email confirmation that it had been dispatched later that day. Alls well that ends well.
In short, ring them and moan.

Given the choice between a small company with a great attitude but maybe a little less promptness or more mistakes and a large, slick outfit, I'll go for the small company every time.
