I spoke to them today as something was showing as OOS on the website, they answered, and loaded the stock to the website so I was able to order. Both times I have phoned them recently they have answered very quickly.

My hubs finally arrived but am still waiting on the rims. I'll have saved a fair amount of money from which is nice but I won't ever use them again. I understand struggling small businesses and it's important to give them a go (which I have), I won't again as they've mugged me off/lied to me multiple times on the phone about my items.
It's what I imagine ordering a Pelizzoli is like.

Just to add an alternative viewpoint I've never had an issue with them, when I've called they've answered and even offered to price match when I queried their price for a clamp on brake

I've called them several times from Finland, always easy to deal with.
But I'll admit that having ordered 4-5 times(all ok) the last time was a bit of a hassle but mostly due to sudden interest in low price archetypes leading to an out-of-stock situation and changing the order a few times.
So I can't see why ordering inside the UK could be a problem. Get a grip and grab a phone.

According to my phone history I've rung them 15 times so far this week, got through 3 times, got told my package was with parcelforce, rung parcelforce and they have no record of it.

I'll make this my last post here then. I didn't start a thread slagging them off or detail all the 'wrongs' they've committed, I've said I've received some poor customer service. I've been pretty generous and understanding with them along the way contacting them in various ways consistently and it's not gone well. They appear to occasionally have room for serious improvement.

I really needed that nitto rb-006 handlebar which does not exist in other shops, so I ordered one. Payed with PayPal just in case. Will hope for the best.

Right so I spoke to Drew yesterday, emailed him and he emailed back within a couple of hours. I ordered a Suzue PM hub a few weeks ago that still hadn't arrived. Told me that they went out of stock basically the same day they went on sale and that he's been searching for some more ever since, apologised, gave me a full refund, and told me that if he got any back in stock he'd let me know and give me them at the original sale price. Not ideal but handled it pretty nicely.

Did you receive "shipped" confirmation after you made an order? I just received the email and I am in hopes that they did ship handlebar. Still can not contact the shop by phone.

Thanks. Then I assume my order DID shipped. It has been 7 days and unfortunately I ordered without tracking (it was triple price for delivery with tracking which I consider a rip-off). Tried couple more times to contact them by phone without success.
These guys are absolutely amazing - personalised notes in every delivery!
I ordered on a Thursday at about 15:00 and the bits were with me Friday morning first thing!
Cannot fault them and I've ordered hundreds of £££ worth of stuff from them over the years!
