I'm just curious here, as a huge clear out may actually mean i could afford one, but can you buy a V3 straight from BMW and get the frame shipped over to the UK? Maybe i missed something on the thread about this...

The treated raw is nice, looks different to how I thought it would. Does it need any special treatment now or later? Or is it just ride the crap out of it and let it get proper ratty.

also mine is just laquered and hasnt got that cool (almost copper-like) discolouration... just stress marks with rust haha

Ribmo are great, had them in 35 and 32 on my G all year round. They may not roll as nice as Paselas but still very nice and lasts a lot longer with better grip in the wet.
May have one 35 left if you want it, ex front.

^ this. Been riding mine for years now and had one puncture ever. The domed profile gives extra rubber and wear. Grip is perfect and clears water beautifully. Definitely worth the monies.

i my s75 non drive crank arm is on its way out unfortunately. is it a complete faux pas to run oms on a brooklyn? always liked suginos but i cant deal with square taper anymore
