Surprising to hear this, is yours 853? Of all the steel frames I've ridden I like the 853 Donohues the most... Can you not Desticker it/cover the decals with some white vinyl?

Think it's plain old 531. Well, thats what the sticker says. Aero downtube is slightly smaller than the 853 ones. The chain stays have an interesting profile though. Who knows! I know it's reasonably stiff but does flex under power, the geometry is nice and the welds are super neat. Might do something about the decals eventually. they seem to be under the lacquer though.

@FredyCro - Thanks, I appreciate the sentiment of posting it here - I like it, rides well but I'd actually agree that it's nowhere near porn! As it's built to be ridden everyday it is definitely more functional. Maybe less so with the tyre choice. The one thing I would be changing in the future is the frame. For now, it's solid, straight and not too heavy with good handling. And, I really dislike the typography - annoys me everyday! Ultimately I'll either get a Talbot done, or find some something lugged and with a bit of history.
