Faster than my first foray into Test World. Good stuff.

Cheers, that's encouraging.

Well done @hippy, @Pifko and @umop3pisdn, strong rides all.

Let's hope it's the first PB of many this year.

Just got back home. Had to treat the missus for brekkie since I ruined her sleep in dragging her out to Marlow. :)

It would be nice. Actually, fuck that. It's going to happen. It's just a question of by how much and managing to fit in all the races and audax I want to do. Another clean sweep would be nice. searches for nearby fast 25 course

Downloading my files now. Have you got the air pressure values I'll need?

Rho 1.2554.

Cheers, I'll have a go now.
Is there anywhere that keeps this stuff historically? Might be interesting to have a look at some other rides.

Wunderground. (Not the dance music satire site).

Hmm yeah pretty pointless. I'm getting 0.18s which is clearly bollocks.

0.00545 which unless I've messed it up is 15deg below the arbitrary 20deg, factoring an increase of 0.6% per degree below 20degC. At least, the Garmin said it was 5 deg C.

The 0.005 value in the guide is really only relevant for aero testing when you want to compare different setups. I was using 0.003117 for Conti Supersonics, but I don't think you're on anything quite as minimal as that?

Nup, fat is the new black.

This must have been yours outside the HQ then?

Nah, I hate baseball and two bottle cages?! After telling you how excited I was being able to remove the Di2 mounting screws? Come on. :P
I want that ^ though.

any reccommendations on gear size for riding fixed on a 10 tt
-
• #8872
How fast do you think you'll go?
-
• #8873
Not that I've ever raced fixed, but I'd gear for average cadence: 85.5GI at 100rpm would give me an average speed of 40.9km/h.
However, some people prefer to gear either for the easy bits or the difficult bits to avoid either spinning out or grinding to a halt.

Probably best for you to just experiment. Ride a few 10mile tests with various gears.I recently played around with gearing in varying conditions and found 85" good for my level of fitness/strength.

Well done you guys on the H10/22 - if you're aerolabbing it it'll look low because of the traffic, so not a true CdA but instead a traffic assisted one.
I rode the K11/10T today, 112" fixed and 21:26. Enough for 5th, winner 20:58 so fairly happy. Got back from running a week long training camp in Yorkshire yesterday so a little tired.
Spanks. Now how do I work out what I would've done with 20-30 more watties?
