Good effort that, especially on a sporting course. Should have used 100" ;)

So..... different event but same position as last month. Aerolabbing the ride CdA comes in at 0.2559. Does that seem/look about right? Just want a rough estimate/pointer as to whether I'm doing the bizz in Golden Cheetah correctly. This was 7am in rural Kent so minimal traffic assistance.
TIA!

Looking good Sam. You're going to need another, smaller skin suit soon

Sounds like it's in the right ballpark.
P.S. Saddle back, arms forward, wrists parallel to forearms. Roll your shoulders inwards if you can.

Cheers.
Misleading angle. Saddle layback is about 5cm to BB. Was on the rivet for the pic (slight drag a mile or so from finish).
Bit limited on the extensions front, those are Planet X bars/extensions.

They do upturned extensions which would likely be better as you already have spacers under the pads (so will have downward sloping arms unless you hold the shifters with your little fingers or lose the spacers)

They've been out of stock on the PX website for ages (at least a year) and whenever they come up on eBay they go for silly money. Might be easier to ditch them completely and go for a different set up.

Are arm and knee warmers faster than shaved skin?

19th of April there's a H25/2 race. Should I have a crack at my 25 PB since I'm pissing about with short stuff at the moment? When's the next Welsh cheat course event?

They are when its bloody freezing!
-
• #8888
If you can feel the cold, ride faster.
-
• #8889
I tried that this morning. Worked on everything but my cold, dead hands.

Depends on the duration of the ride. I'd only recommend this course of action for a 10mi TT. Maybe a 25mi. I'm not sure yet.

Can anyone suggest a better deal than these?
http://www.planetx.co.uk/i/q/TBVICOEVCX/vittoria-corsa-evo-cx-tubular-tyre
Maybe my google fu is failing me but I'm struggling to find anything in 20mm wide, and these are only 21mm and cheap. Also slightly mis-matching the blue of both my frame and my skinsuit will lead to extra anti points.
Edit: For a Hed 3 front.

GP4000-S2 700×20 £25.04, possibly has both better aeros and lower Crr than the Vittoria.

Good point well made. I'd completely forgotten that there were some troglodytes out there still using sewn-up tyres.

Does anyone know how the R25/3L differs from the R25/3H?
-
• #8898
why the fuck did i wait till last min to sign up for those evening TTs .. tomorrow's session is full .. bail or risk it with EOL?
-
• #8899
I'd EOL. It depends how far out of the way is it for you?

Not much .. W1 > race > SW18
57:something (87") on BS20/33.
SPOCO qualifier might explain why I was the only one fixed: so I won my class, right?
Anyone want a pair of white, XL VeloToze, one race only, £10 posted: apparently I have ballerina's ankles and need the next size down...
