No, because symmetry is beautiful and I'm beautiful.

I don't do a sport that favours one leg but there's about 2cm difference in my calves. I just want to be normal.

My left leg is nearly 2 inches shorter than my right #wonkydonkey

4 mile walk to the Castle, 2hrs climbing followed by run/walk home again. Made the mistake of trying to run in my nearly new approach shoes. Thick leather uppers and super stiff sole is not a good combo. When heels started hurting I had to run the final 2k barefoot as it was more comfortable than walking in the shoes. Was quite nice actually.

My fitness pal has made me much more aware of my portion control (or lack of it). Keeping track of what I am consuming and learning that having a normal not gluttonous amount has really helped.
This has helped me so much. I'm amazed at what I used to have for breakfast, compared with what I actually need.

Have you seen what a 100g portion of chips looks like? That's fucking jokes that is.

Probably time to start again. Lets see if I can reach 66 by the 27th of May.

Just look where you're going..
Muswell hill is too posh for such issues anyway. Only nasty bit was a 100m section of worn out Tarmac that was kinda pointy.
Might do it intentionally tonight. -

Down to 85kg from 90kg over two months from just cutting out all the afternoon/morning snacks I'd made a habit of. My fingers can really notice the difference at climbing. Boom.

I usually tighten my belt a notch for lunch time table-tennis at work. Today I forgot to loosen it again for most of the afternoon, which means it hasn't been uncomfortable. A lovely indicator of progress.

Weight loss is slowing at the moment, but clothes are getting looser so relatively happy. Am starting to do more exercise as well so assuming the lard to muscle alchemy is happening.
Long term have about another stone to lose.

My weight loss has definitely slowed over the last month but i'm noticeably more lean and muscle is starting to show a little. Still 4Kg to go but should be there by end of May.

after a month of cutting out booze and starting to watch what I eat, I'm heading in the right direction, trying to resist the urge to eat all the things after yesterdays marathon, but have a bag of vegetables waiting in the fridge to distract me if the hunger monster comes calling again..

That's a radical diet. High in fibre though.

Was going quite well. Tonight though- went to an american smokehouse, it was less good than Bodean's, but I had to eat all the meat- because reasons (and I chose it).
Disappointing- I was really looking forward to it, and if it had been good- I'd've been OK with the inevitable weight gain. -

74.1Kg. BMI is now 'normal' first time in my adult life. Since my heaviest point I have now lost 22kg. Don't think I'll get much lighter as I'm getting silly fit training for TD and building muscle with all the climbing I'm doing.
Can't wait for Tour Divide, sit down in diner, order 2 breakfasts, 3 milkshakes, coffees, sodas. Nom.
chopping bits off limbs is probably an extreme weight loss measure
