Dolan's Navigator Pista clinchers? £140 a pair. I had some on my Pre Cursa, and they did a fine job. In fact, they just happen to be currently unused, in immaculate as-new condition fitted with Vittoria Zaffiro Slick tyres so virginal that the moulding line down the middle of the tyre is still there. I suppose I might be persuaded to sell them, rather than having to straddle the box they're in every time I need to iron a shirt...

You are getting carbon with alu braking surface, even Mavic Cosmic isn't that light* (1,770 manufacturer claim), aerodynamic advantage outweigh the extra mass I gather.
*to be fair the freehub body is steel which have very little impact on rolling resistant.

A round £100 all-in and they're yours. Plus postage if necessary. Here's a pic - no sprocket, but I've left the lockring on.

For that depth I'd look at Flo30's - I can chuck my pair on the scale later if you are interested.

But where can I buy from, without dealing with ordering from US ball ache?

No idea what you'd like to spend but the Alu versions of these are ace. Mind you, I did pay 199 for them so they're excellent for that. It appears though the Carbon /Alu ones are also 200g lighter.
Actually, better at Merlin:

That's a lot of wheel.
35mmish deep carbon/alloy brake track wide rimmed factory built wheelset?
Basically a set of DA C35's but with wider rims.
