  • Does anyon know, how much discount the RAPHA INDUSTRY PURCHASE PROGRAM means? Thanks in advance

  • ...if you have to ask...

  • 30% off a range of products

  • @senor_Bear thanks. "Off a range of products" can describe what this means exactly? Just wondering if it's worth filling out all this etc. Cheers

  • Dropped in at a friend's this morning on our way out for a ride into Kent. I complain that it's cold and wish I had some some knee warmers. "Borrow mine" he says. Rapha Merino..

I ordered a pair as soon as I got home..

    'Nuff said….

  • Htfu. Nuff said.

  • below 16 degrees knee warmers are needed

  • that's like summer

I put my leg warmers on at +8-10°.

Knee warmers sound like something that I wouldn't buy, but if they were given to me as gift I might wear them at +12°.

  • my knees are arthritic and do not like the cold...

  • You've only one pair of knees and they are worth protecting, especially if you want to be active in later life.

  • 16 degrees is short sleeve summer jersey and bibs weather

  • Merino long leg warmers. Pro Team jacket.. Mandatory now.

Soon as it get's to a consistent 10 or below the Pro Team Longs will be donned

  • It's not PTJ weather.. yet. Needs to be below 8 degrees for that.

  • correct - as @dancing james mentioned if it is BELOW 16 degrees then its time for knee warmers :)

  • PT Jersey, PT Bibs and a base layer until it's sub 10 degrees IMHE.

Oversocks and autumn gloves if you're a bit of a wimp.

  • gloves as well the moment it hits 15? ;)

haha, not having a dig - always dress to what is comfortable, just thought 16 degrees is pretty warm! Nothing worse than people who think they are somehow more manly by not wearing gloves until it is minus 5.

  • No way. Armwarmers and oversocks/light-overshoes/ventless-shoes long before full fingered gloves. And a bit above 10° for me.

    #wimp

  • I hate wearing gloves. I will wear them only when my hands would be too cold to control the bike without them.

  • Just popped into the Raphe to try on the new winter gloves, they seem very nicely made but they are, sadly, only available up to XL.

  • You wear medium in their kit yet need XXL gloves.

I posit, sir, that you are a freak.

  • XL gloves modelled on my hands...

  • +1
Only wear them for racing and when it's too cold not too.

  • ...you must have hated that.

  • You wear medium in their kit yet need XXL gloves.

Yep, what can I say? Very little, in sign language, if wearing Rapha gloves.
