Not sure this is the best place to ask, but can anyone give any advice on an old bottle of Tia Maria? Looks to be pretty old without modern info such as metric units, ABV, bar code, ingredients or a use by date, maybe 60s looking at others online.

Is it worth anything? If so where could I sell it? Or does Tia Maria age really well to the point I might actually want to drink it?

I can't think of any process you could do to Tia which would actually make anybody want to drink it.

114mm single ring cranks?
It's for a damaged Islabike Beinn 20 (small).
Waiting for IB to call back.

My ex-housemate got replacements from IB. Pressed-on chainring worn out and the shortest cranks we could find with replacable rings were Shimano items in 120+mm.

Any suggestions for a north London residential cleaning company that is actually insured for damage, theft, etc?
Only looking at a few hours every couple of weeks but all of the cleaning agencies I can find actually turn out to be basically introduction agencies. You'll get a cleaner from them but the contract is direct with the cleaner rather than the company (which is generally advertising itself as insured, etc).
How often do you pull your cranks?
If it's just for the annual service and you already have a crank puller, then I don't see the need.
How do you get them out again?
