voeckler and cofidis rider on the early attack, as soon as the tour hits france, got to love voeckler, lots of gurning to be seen today...

Sky dude hit a ped who was too far out taking photos with his SLR, ped stumbled took down Ted King and Andy I think.

Ped was down too far in front of Andy so that can't be right. I reckon he touched someone in front who might've been taken out or braked to avoid.

Yep Lopez hit the ped and that caused a ripple through the group.

      A touch of wheels in the peloton sees Chris  Froome hit the ground. The Sky rider is instantly on his feet but his  shorts are torn at the hip on his left-hand side.

I saw a few le tour vehicles stuck in gridlock traffic on the way home down commercial road too.
