Not that I've noticed.

Can you recommend anywhere that hold/sells sidis with a wide fit in London?

The electric bike I saw on Uxbridge Road had what looked like a front wheel electric motor and was probably doing 40kph+ very shortly after leaving the lights - they accelerate quite quickly.

This says 48kph top speed..

Sigma sport or Fitzrovia cycles; I doubt if either of them have wide/mega in stock.

I have got quite a few bolts, spacers, nuts etc built up from various bike rebuilds over the years, now I am leaving London and having a break from riding and don't need them any more. Is there a charity or community workshop that would like them? Some of the stuff would be useful - headset spacers, notched 1" spacers, axle cones etc

Sigma had sidi wides in stock a couple of weeks ago, worth giving them a ring [what you after? and what size are ya? got some sidi megas I could get rid of, using bonts now]

Sigma only carry road sidis. From what their shoe man said to me, the mtb sidis are nearly 1/2 a size larger to accommodate thicker socks.

Anyone on here use powerpivot for Excel?
I just want to add a unique index for each row (i.e. 1, 2, 3, etc) but can't figure out how and can't find anything on Google. (My data is 4m lines long so can't do it in Excel).
Cheers

Most of them have a hall sensor mounted by the pedals to tell if they are turning and deliver power in addition as that's the EU(pedelec) way of doing it but being the UK you can also fit a throttle. The larger motors like the linked one are "only for use off road" but plenty end up on the road. They tend to restrict the speed via the controller/computer which is similar to a basic speedo in that it will know the wheel size and turn that with rpm into a speed, some will just set the wheel size wrong to bump the numbers and others do engineer type codes to mess with settings but generally it isn't hard to get around the restriction.
I looked into the whole ebike thing lots at one point but decided I would only have gone in at the cheap end of the market which can be a disaster. Lots of really shoddy diy builds come up on eBay too which pair up a beefy motor kit like the above with the cheapest brakes and stuff money can buy, who buys these "does 30-50mph" no brakes things and lives I have no idea.
Edit - should probably say are also plenty of ebike riders who do ride upto 15mph and enjoy it, when I get old or injured it's going to be a very real option to extend my cycling years.

Are there such things as hotels that would let you check-in at 6am and leave at 6pm? Or charge by the hour like a brothel or something?

I don't drive but I know you want to head out past tooting bec station along trinity road and keep going somehow going past earls court and westfields, going any other way and it's congestion charge zones and longness in the city. I just remember bits of the route tho as was driven that way for luton airport.

Avoiding congestion charge?
Generally I'd go A214 (Trinity Rd), A205 (South Circular), A406 (Norf Circular), M1.
Don't think there's any other way, apart from a hundred side streets and rat runs, to do that.
If you know a faster way to get to Kew then use that.

A brothel?
They're not legal here are they? So gonna be a bit hard to google 'em.

Not in London unfortunately. Some up north, probably near Manchester.
If the frame is stolen, why would you care?
