Currently making kimchi (with proper gochujang and all that). It will either be awesome or the last thing I ever eat.
Hot sauce mix is maturing in a bowl at the moment; am a bit worried it's going to eat through the bowl and then the tabletop.

Per kg of what? lean mass? TBM?
Is the protein all derived from animal sources? Or is that cumulative from the whole diet? Are animal proteins beings eaten with complex carbs? Are dietary fats being consumed separately from the protein?
And his/her suggestions are based on which study(s)?
Body weight you nut job. As if any dietary recommendations are based on someone's lean mass - because everyone can just go and work that out real accurately can't they.. Personal trainer eh?

Feeling really tired this week, but I'm determined to push through this 72kg, so running a small calorie deficit and making sure every calorie that goes in is high quality.
It seems to be working, have a fancy 4 course dinner thing I need to attend tonight, so I'm going to have to try to fight the temptation to drink free booze!

I am still eating everything all the time. I had two dinners last night and about four breakfasts this morning. I don't think 50 miles a day is enough to make this acceptable.

I've managed to lose an entire 1.5kg, in preparation for walking up Canonbie Road on Sunday.
Although if i keep eating like the last two days, it'll be back by the weekend :-/

Rice cakes are healthy, right? Not so much when they're covered in chocolate...
They're so darn good. I ate an entire packet yesterday and when I was quizzed on it I lied and pretended I'd shared them with a colleague. -

6 gym sessions since joining and the other members have yet to eat me, this is going well. Much preferring going in the evening and its proximity to home. Means I can just leave the house with keys, membership card and sweat towel.

I dont have any scales so only weigh myself when visiting people who do. I got a chance to weight myself at the weekend on the same scales I weighed myself on in early January, when I was at my all time high fatty fatty fat of 87kg. I'm now 82kg, so 5kg down without making any attempt to lose it, which is good I guess.
I know this probably makes those who stuggle with weight loss want to punch me in the face, which is fair enough. At least they'll be burning calories as they do it. How much protein is needed to maintain this action for an endurance period of 12 hours or so, I have no idea.

So let me get this straight: Dr Hutch, current Team Sky/Team GB doc, is using a formula based on overall bodymass as he doesn't have access to the resources for establishing his athletes' lean body mass.

Not sure if its the spring air. But my gym is suddenly packed. Especially the free weights area. Fecking annoying. Spent Monday rearranging my routine to a aviod a couple of 2XU tight wearing Girls. I have nothing against Girls in 2XU tights. But the swam of men around them made working out impossible.
