went out on a shake down w/road bars for maiden voyage but have since swapped to risers in preparation for the commute... true test will be on the way home after a solid day of back'tivity

... threaded stem is longer than most of the1/8th ones i roll with on newer frames

which results in setting up risers for more sweep and just a tiny bit of clearance

much prefer running tight on the stem rather than stretched out over the front wheel
