As expected after a day of moderate physical effort my back was much happier with the ride home on the commute

just in case i left a few minutes early in the morning to compensate for running the shorter gear...

but much to my surprise, was able to arrive at the point of destination without further delay

it is notable that more pressure was experienced in the saddle when spinning freely so i've opted for a padded alternative

will save the stripped flite for taller gears when i'm spending more time counter balancing weight on pedals rather than sitting back

are you planning to flip the wheel during the commute? because that's only 12 miles? seems a waste of time.

put both cogs on the same side of the wheel, some sort of chain tensioning device that also moves the chain between the ect ect.

maybe im over thinking it.... also considering getting a rack to alleviate the weight from on my back (work footwear/lunch)

My 1st thought was to use Njs fork to drop the front end/tighter wheelbase

... could achieve such a stance with a tight stem and DD drops
