Woohoo :)

hmmm seems like there is another gazelle in my herd
not sure what to do with it but it seems cheap, 531 and an unusual design / model
-
• #1829
wow, nice lugs
-
• #1830
Looks very cool, with the fins and the low seatstays. The fork seems to be from a slightly later (goldline) era though.

• #1831
hmm i noticed that they look different to the catalogue model

an old photo of a purposeful looking gazelle track bike at herne hill ... good friday meeting 2008 or 9 i believe

Nice frame but that wheelset really doesn't do it any favours.
-
• #1834
yeah more purposeful than beautiful
swap out for nice campy record and we're golden

Might there be any intrest in a NOS Gazelle Team TVM frame & straight forks? Size 60, new in the original box. Top notch frame in Reynolds steel, never ever used. Original team frame, that come's straight from the Gazelle headquarters...

team colours, pretty pristine, double crown fork, unusual tubing, campy record going cheap currently

the herd
although currently not even one is rideable ! a combination of spring cleaning / teardowns and ongoing projects
sadly the newest arrival has been savaged by a top predator and may not live to see the future
the criterium has been crashed and the guy is refunding my money ... may get the main tubes replaced, top and down ! -

the criterium has been crashed and the guy is refunding my money ... may get the main tubes replaced, top and down !That would explain the fork being mismatched.
Gazelle herds tend to thrive. Took my newly built up 1985ish Gazelle CM cyclocross out friday to root out teething problems.

Lovely collection Dicki, may I ask which is your favourite? Mine would of have to been my Jubilee, kicking myself now for selling :-)

Dicki 5 - 3 Jeez was the score at 8am this morning. We're now 5 - 5.
Jealous. That's lovely. What are your plans for the TVM?

Yes, the dunes between The Hague and Katwijk are great. Beautiful views, nice paved roads and if it's quiet like last friday the walking paths provide gravel and crushed shell surfaces and some some great elevations. Didn't venture onto the beach though. I don't live that near, but it's one of my favourite cycling areas. The route through the green heart of Holland to get there is pretty nice too.
rims for the track bike build finally arrived today
took a while to find some nice condition mavics but eventually got some here
