Someone mentioned that you made a conversion from M type bars/M stem to S bars/M stem, how did it go ? Everything folds, works and rides ? Because all I want on my Brompton now is a flat bar without changing cables, saddle, kojaks and black mudguards.
As for carrying a Brompton.. I don't need to carry it mostly, my commute is door to door on a Brompton only, no need for a bus, tube or train.

So few days ago I finally dropped some cash for a M3L 2017 and I have questions already. Thing is that I end up with Brompton after riding fixed gear and riding Brompton for a few days I'm already missing that more sporty riding/siting position and decided that I need an S type or whatever 25.4" flat bar. I have tried to search some stuff, but all I found that you need to change a stem to an S type, shorter cables, levers etc... is that true ? Can I just buy a flat bar with 25.4" clamp cut it to my liking and that's it ? I know that M type stem is shortest of them all but for me it's not a problem I just want to know if it fits and folds without cable shortening, I think small excess of cable length shouldn't be a problem ?
Thanks!!

I'm thinking to buy a flat bars together with Esaki order, but just want to ask is there a polished alluminum or just a gray paint on Esaki paintjob ?
Think this going to match Esaki paintjob ? http://www.wiggle.co.uk/ritchey-classic-flat-mtb-handlebar/

Yeah, thanks @BlesUp, but steerer is too short and I already sold my frameset, so atm just wasting my time looking for something new... and of course can't make a decision should I buy new PC frameset in white (finally with Alpina fork) or go and try out steel.

Don't know if that's just an angle of pic taken or does it really have a slightly sloping/pursuit toptube ? @TheOndrakGuy

Thanks for reply!
Still can't make a decision, but I'm really tempted about buying it. Tried to put another custom build with used frameset and similar parts as Esaki, but its hard to beat with current €650 price tag of it.Please keep this thread posted with any changes you've made on your Esaki!
Thanks

Thanks for reply! One more question... As I said now I'm ridding on a 58cm but I feel a bit stretched out, but I think I would prefer more upwards possition, so should I go with a 56cm ? I'm ~6ft/1.91m... It looks like 58cm should be spot on but it's not as I said above is there anything wrong could happen if I'll go with 56cm ?
Thanks!

Hey Esaki guys! Atm I'm using a Pre Cursa with a quite simple setup which I built last year as my first fixed gear bike, as a one year passed already I'm thinking about an update and here I faced my first hard decissions. My idea was to completely update my PreCursa with Omniums, Pistard/Aerotrack wheelset, New saddle, new stem.... well everything but not a frameset and recently because of you guys I discovered this great deal Eastway Esaki and started calculating list of parts I want for PreCursa... ended up with a pricetag of a whole €650, same price as Esaki atm.
So please guys share your thoughts after a longer usage of Esaki? Is it stiff, responsive ? How is geometry is it comfortable for everyday and longer rides ?
Thing is that I'm not really in love with my Pre Cursa geometry... I feel it's a bit stretched out and there is a bunch of them in my town, so I might need to bring something new to town...Thanks guys! Sorry for a long post, could make it shorter but I'm on a long trip and there is nothing much to do on a train!
@minuslav if you are from Europe and interested in another Sequoia frameset size 56cm, let me know, have one! :)
p.s. sorry for non-drive side pic...
